From airports to the station near the venue
From
Narita airport
There are
several means to get the town, of which the train is best recommended. There are two train
companies in operation from Narita to Tokyo.
Route A)
1. JR line to TOKYO station, 60 minutes ride on Narita Express (2940Yen), or 90 minutes ride on a local train (1280Yen).
2. Transfer to subway Tozai line (OTEMACHI station) for TAKEBASHI station, direction for Nakano (160Yen).
* You can take a taxi from TOKYO station (Marunouchi Exit) to the venue
(2km), 7 to 8 minutes, approx. 900Yen.
Route B)
1. Keisei line to NIPPORI station, 40 minutes ride on Sky Liner (2400Yen), or 80 minutes ride on local train (1000-1200Yen).
2. Transfer to JR Yamanote line for SUGAMO station, direction for Ikebukuro (150Yen).
3. Transfer to subway Mita line for JIMBOCHO station, direction for Mita (210Yen).
Route C)
1. Airport Limousine Bus to Tokyo City Air Terminal (subway SUITENGU-MAE
station), 90 minutes, 2900Yen.
2. Transfer to subway Hanzomon-line for JIMBOCHO station, direction for Shibuya (160Yen).
From Haneda airport
1. Keikyu line to subway M ITA station, direction for Asakusa, Narita.
2. Transfer to subway Mita line for JIMBOCHO station (Haneda to Jimbocho, 590Yen).
<Note>
** You
can purchase a train ticket for short distance by a machine only in most
stations. It is rather hard task for you, as the explanation in English is far
insufficient. If you do not find somebody to help you kindly, purchase the
cheapest fare and get on the train. The difference can be paid at the goal
station.
** If you purchase transportation IC card, SUICA or PASMO, and charge money in it, you can use it for almost all trains and buses in Tokyo (You can
not use it for express fee).
