Guideline for Poster Presentation

1. Poster size: The poster should fit the size of poster board provided (210 cm high X 90 cm wide).

2. Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their poster. Materials for hanging your poster will be provided.

3. Poster presenters are expected to be present in front of their poster boards during the core presentation time specified below.

4. Posters assigned for presentation on 7 December should be set up from 9:00 and should be removed by 19:00. The core presentation time of these posters will be 14:25-15:25.

5. Posters assigned for presentation on 8 December should be set up from 9:00 and should be removed by 19:00. The core presentation time of these posters will be 13:55-14:55.

6. Posters assigned for presentation on 9 December should be set up from 9:00 and should be removed by 18:15. The core presentation time of these posters will be 14:00-15:00.
