  • Abstract submission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances as it is a fee for review process.
  • Abstract acceptance/rejection notification is scheduled for early-December. You will be notified of the session and format of your presentation at the same time.
  • Before submitting your abstract, please also check the Second Circular and the Important Notice.

  • Presentations in the Symposium for one person are limited to one oral and two posters. One can submit abstracts at most for one oral and two poster presentations.

Submission Fee

JPY5, 000 per Abstract submission
*Tax included.

Payment Method

* Payment should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) with credit card by November 6, 2022.
* Neither checks nor cash are accepted.

Please use a credit card that is valid at least until April 2023.
The drawer of this online payment transaction will be “Kinki Nippon Tourist Corporate Business Co., Ltd.”. However, the exact name of the drawer might vary slightly depending on the card company.
Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about one to two months later due to system matters.

Issuance of Receipt

After the payment is completed, you can download receipt from My Page. (We do not accept requests to send receipts via email or postal mail.)
