On line registration has been closed

All participants including audiences and accompanying guests are required to register.　You can register and pay for the symposium and banquet fee through the web site. This on-line registration processes are handled by PCO Works, Inc.

Deadlines
For early birds: October 31, 2012 (24:00 JST, 15:00 UT)

For presenters: November 20, 2012

For audiences and accompanying guests: The on-line registration web page will be available until December 5, 2012. Registrations on the day of the symposium will be also acceptable for audience and accompanying guests.

For Presenters : Presenters including invited speakers must make registration and payment by November 20, 2012.  If the presenter could not make registration or did not contact to secretariat by that deadline, the presentation would be automatically canceled and the abstract would be deleted from the booklet "Program and Abstracts.”
You need an abstract number to register. The abstract number was sent to you by e-mail with abstract acceptance. There is a column of "Polar Science" in the registration page. Please inform us whether you are planning to submit a paper for Polar Science.  If you decided not to attend the symposium, please inform to:  isar3_sec(at)pcoworks.jp

Banquet
The symposium banquet will be held in the evening of Wednesday, January 16 at Hotel Nikko Tokyo, which is located near the station next to the nearest station of the venue on the Yurikamome line (It takes about 15 min. from the venue).

Refunds
