Side Meetings

Do you want to organize side event during ISAR-7? We will be able to provide some meeting rooms as below. The rooms in the venue are reserved the first come, first served bases, and free of charge in the following time period.

*If using a web conferencing system such as Zoom, please make arrangements on your own.

1. Contact person’s name, affiliation, e-mail address
2. Name of the meeting
3. Name of the meeting, organizer, and affiliation
4. Planned date and time period
5. Expect number of attendees
6. Other specific requirements.
