Side Meetings

Do you want to organize side event during ISAR-5? We will be able to provide some meeting rooms as below. The rooms in the venue are reserved the first come, first served bases, and free of charge in the following time period.

January 15 (Mon.) 13:00-21:00
January 17 (Wed.) 18:30-21:00
January 18 (Thur.) 17:30-21:00

If the rooms in the venue are full and not available, the ISAR-5 office can find and introduce fee-based rental rooms.Please contact ISAR-5 Office at isar5-office@nipr.ac.jp providing the following information.

• Contact person’s name, affiliation, e-mail address
• Name of the meeting
• Name of the meeting and organizer and affiliation
• Planned date and time period
• Expect number of attendees
• And other specific requirements.
